DGT’s Next Quarterly Membership Meeting is next on the calendar. Light food and refreshments will be served for members present at the House. It’s also an opportunity to meet and greet and view the Alumni Annual Exhibit. Members can participate online as well via web-conference, using a computer, tablet such as an iPad, a smart phone, mobile phone or land line.
A one-day Strategic Planning Retreat will take place at the House, starting at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 6. Any DGT member may join with the Board to update the 2013 to 2018 Strategic Plan so that it now covers the period from January 2019 through December 2023. There will be a working lunch. The agenda will include: (1) a review for changes if needed to the Mission and Values statements, (2) a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis; (3) a review and updating of the current strategies; (4) and list of outcomes, supportive activities and target dates (milestones) for moving forward on each of the strategies.
Saturday, October 7 is Pratt Institute’s 2017 Alumni Day and Parent's Day. The day's activities will welcome and especially celebrate graduates of the class of 1967. DGT's Annual Alumni Exhibit is part of the published program, and we are working collaboratively with the Alumni Office on such details as the food and refreshments for a 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. reception at the House. Register Today! There is no charge as part of registration if you are only participating in the DGT Alumni Association Reunion, 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Eastern, last no more than 90 minutes, adjourning to Good and Welfare at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be followed at 2:00 p.m. by a BBQ with the House supplying hot dogs, hamburgers and refreshments. Participate in the meeting to remain informed and provide member input. If you live in the NYC Metropolitan area and are primarily interested in the gathering to partake in the BBQ, please come on over to the House, bring the whole family, and a dish or refreshments if you like.
The Quarterly Membership Meeting of the DGT Alumni Association will be held on Saturday, July 28, starting at noon. Reviewing reports from the officers, including the Treasurer’s report, as well as task force reports related to the Gallery House Fellowship Program, and property management issues, are among the key business items on the agenda.
